The Chicago rental market has gotten increasingly more competitive over the past few years. At first, I doubted that I'd even want to work with an agent. I am so glad, however, that I found Tal Haimovitch. I started my search about a month earlier than most would because I travel constantly for work and had minimal time to visit properties. Tal was patient, thorough and really took the time to listen to what I was looking for. I never once felt pressured or coerced into anything I wasn't comfortable with in terms of price, location, etc. We dealt with several extremely challenging lessors and agents along the way too and Tal never once broke a sweat. He always assured me that we would find what I was looking for in my time frame-- and we did exactly that.
