My review for this company is based off/and strictly for Tal Haimovitch-leasing agent. I have not had much encounter with the company as a whole yet. I had run down to the last few days before my lease ended and I had to find a place fast. I located a rental on Hot Pads and quickly called the agent Tal. He responded back to me within minutes and was very professional and empathetic with my situation. He was able to show me the apartment within a couple of hours! Tal went out of his way to help me get the rental and was super positive and friendly! I was always updated with what was happening, the next steps, and responded to quickly. Excellent customer service! This company should be very happy to have a professional such as Tal working for them. I will definitely refer friends to Tal and would suggest you request to work with him if you are searching!Daffney M.
