There's always a hidden dread in me when it comes to dealing with brokers as a result of previous experiences on different occasions. The problem is, you can't live without them. Armed with the experience and knowledge, I decided to check for one in Yelp online and picked the one I felt had the best reviews. I made an appointment for the following day and was surprised at Tal's receptive nature and the fact that he was willing to get me what I wanted which included sticking to my budget and being flexible on location. I was impressed at the professional approach that he and his team used in the whole process and within a day, I was spoiled for choice.
