As an out of state condo buyer traveling into Chicago every few months, it was important for me to have an agent that was knowledgeable about specific neighborhoods and buildings. I was very impressed that Anita had known the history of almost all the buildings that I was interested in looking at in the Loop and surrounding neighborhoods. As we perused different places, she always provided a good assessment of the building, neighborhood, upkeep, resale, builder reputation, etc. - all of which proved invaluable since much of that information that I needed to make an informed decision isn't readily available on the Internet.
