My Dream Town agent, Rich Betzing, was on top of all my needs at all times of the day. He really made me feel like I was his only client. He met with me at night, on the weekends, and dealt with my calls at all times during the day. He either had an answer to my questions or would find out quickly. I really felt like he was on my side during the whole closing process. He walked me through every step and allowed me to have my breathing room. He even covered an expense for me that would have post phoned my move in date drastically. How many realtors would do that for a client?
