Once upon a time, a little girl, who is now a young woman, wanted to live in the Windy City. She didn't have much for a down payment, so her parent's decided to surprise her with a monetary gift. But before her parent's told her the news of the gift, her mother searched the internet for a Realtor. Not being too computer savvy, the Mother entered very specific information on the type of property, location and other criteria that she wanted to research before telling her daughter of the surprise. She received a quick response from Dream Town Realtor, Dee Savic. Dee, immediately jumped into action and before the week was up, my daughter learned of her surprise and sighed a contract in the exact location she wanted to live. She was so happy and excited. It was perfect! This was a short sale. We knew it would take time, however, Dee, kept us informed almost everyday. She referred an attorney that was fantastic! She stayed on top of the deal from beginning to end. Every email question was answered and every phone call was returned. Dee, always spoke with a smile in her voice and always projected a professional personality. She is truly the Realtor that was meant to work with us. I don't think the deal would have closed without Dee's expertise. Short sales are demanding when it comes to forms and required information. Although, the transaction took longer than expected due to the sellers circumstances, the closing went off without a hitch! Cyberspace placed us together for a reason.
