Alex listens. Combined with his incredible knowledge of the neighborhoods and the layout of the city, Alex helped us find a home exactly suited for us in Printers Row! First, he determined what we could afford versus what we wanted to pay. He also had the daunting task of finding VA approved listings. He found and emailed many listings filling the criteria, sifted through our choices, made appointments, showed us everything we wanted to see, watched our reactions and helped us pinpoint what was really important to us. If there was any exasperation on his part regarding our indecisiveness, he NEVER showed it. With a little over a month to find something, he never seemed discouraged. He was never impatient.
