Brooke is an incredible realtor that made our home purchase a very smooth and pain free process. From our first meeting, Brooke listened to what we wanted in a new home and set up multiple showings for us to see each time out. The best part of this experience was that Brooke paid attention to what we liked/disliked at each place we saw, then used that information to continue to refine what showings she would set up for us and even recommend places that were exactly what we were looking for each time out. Another valuable part was that we completely trusted her input and we felt like she was putting our interests first and really wanted us to find the perfect home, which we did! Brooke would always know the details of each listing and offer us the pros/cons to each place, so that we didn't make a bad decision without knowing all of the details (e.g. short sells, troubled condo association/funds, history of the building/neighborhood/developer, etc.). On top of being extremely professional and talented, Brooke is a lot of fun to hang out with and made the 2 hour showings being driven around in her car a pleasure! With our recent home purchase now complete, we don't just view Brooke as a realtor, we view her as a good friend that we will definitely have over for a few celebratory cocktails once we get settled!
