We initially were quite overwhelmed with the concept of purchasing a home but once we met with Stephanie Sullivan, we knew we were in the right hands. Stephanie very calmly and patiently explained the whole process and later we looked at several condos of varying sizes, styles, and locations. Though we never imagined we could afford a house in our budget, Stephanie managed to find and help us buy the one of our dreams and without going over budget. She was very knowledgeable and was reachable at any time for all of our questions.
