This is specifically for Mary Soeding: We were in search of a second property in the same neighborhood we're currently living in, inquiring with Mary and moving forward in working with her was the best choice we've made with an agent. I don't think looking for a place was the hard work for Mary, but each unit we looked at, I was impressed of how knowledgeable she was, she knew details of almost everything that's going on in a unit, not just the listing info and neighborhood, but from the construction piece, plumbing, floors, etc... that's an expert! We were looking for a regular sale and a quick closing, not realizing the unit we ended up with was a short sale till the contract was signed. So, 3 months of waiting was a long time, but during this time period Mary worked diligently on following up with the seller's agent and attorney, and was great in updating us to any news she's heard. Once we heard back from the seller's bank, we had less than a month to close, and Mary was on top of it. Any questions or concerns I had were followed through immediately.
