I can't say enough wonderful things about Beverly Bahm and Dream Town. My condo sold in warp speed time for a record amount for my building. Beverly is the consummate real estate agent and customer service person, from carefully performing the market analysis to creating the beautiful brochures (thank you Dream Town!). In addition, knowing it would be better for me; she helped me select an agent in the suburbs for the purchase of my new home, and guided me through the process. Kudos to Beverly and to Dream Town.
