I met my Dreamtown agent, Pam, as the result of a search of property listings on the internet. I had been renting, but the building was sold, and all the tenants were told that they had till January 31 to move out, so I was in a bit of a hurry, not wanting to move in mid-winter. All of this prodded me to look for a condo to buy, which I had been procrastinating about for some time. I hadn't made any specific request while viewing the web listings to be contacted, but Pam got back to me the very next day offering to be of help. From then on everything moved quickly and amazingly smoothly. Within a day she had sent me a group of listings tailored to my list of requests, and I quickly found about 5 or 6 listings that sounded like they were just what I was looking for. Every listing she sent met my basic criteria, which I really appreciated. In one whirlwind evening we saw the listings I was most interested in, and I liked one of them so much that I made an offer on it, and we were on our way to the ultimate purchase of that unit. Every step of the way Pam was helpful and informative, went over every line of the offer contract with me before I signed it, and gave good advice on what to offer and where to go next in the negotiations. It must have been good advice, because her suggestions were always just what I was thinking at the time. We were very much in sync, and she was there every step of the way to closing. If the rest of the staff at Dream Town are as good as Pam, it must be the best real estate agency in the city!Rob Glaser, Edgewater
