We live in Texas and wanted to find a condo in Chicago as a second home. After receiving a number of email listings from Terri and finding one that seemed perfect, Julie flew up to Chicago on very short notice, for a quick two-day trip. Terri made herself available to show Julie not just the unit we liked, but several units to help us be sure we were making the right choice. Closing on the unit long distance could have been very stressful, but Terri guided us through the process flawlessly, recommending a great real estate attorney and a very helpful mortgage banker.
