Amy was honestly super to work with. . As a 1st time buyer, buying new construction, in a difficult credit market, it seemed like there were endless obstacles the entire way through. Even in negotiating price/upgrades it was like pushing against a stone wall dealing with the developer, but Amy was collected the entire time and always seemed to know just how much to push back to keep things moving along. She never made me wait for an email/phone response and was always available to answer any questions/concerns I had. . Aside from her business sense, she is very easy to relate too. . . very personable and sincere. I absolutely would use her again, and definitely recommend her to any prospective buyer. .
