During every showing, he was checking all the details of the properties with the precision of an architect - noticing things I would never think of... like uneven chair rails, recent tuck pointing, etc. He spoke up about our opinions to listing agents, and really helped us weed through properties until we had found the right one. And once the purchasing process begins, he is there every step of the way even more.
