My initial e-mail to Dream Town reality regarding our interest in property in Chicago with very specific requirements, namely, large dog friendly condo/townhouse on the first floor (our older golden has trouble with stairs ) in a very nice neighborhood, close to restaurants, shopping and close to lake. Our goals were met by Jeff Hopkins in a sincere, yet serious manner. Jeff listened very carefully to each and every requirement. We were looking for a 2 bed/2 bath condo at a great price with (preferably) a backyard area for our doggies, and lastly a dog friendly building. Each and every criteria was met by Jeff and, in fact, he exceeded our expectations with his negotiation skills, prompt action from the initial offer to close in a record time of 13 days.
