As first time home buyers, we were overwhelmed with the prospect of making such a large investment with minimal knowledge on how to do so. Brooke was willing to answer any question no matter the time of day or how minute the question was. Brooke immediately took time to get to know our needs as home buyers in addition to knowing us on a personally. From there we only saw houses that fit what we desired and we found our "perfect home" within a matter of weeks. Then came the difficult part of making an offer, inspecting the home, dealing with the other agents and banks and closing on the home. Brooke guided us through each step of the process efficiently and successfully all while keeping us confident and worry-free. Not to mention she got us an incredible deal in an uncertain economy.
