He also keeps an eye on the state of the national real estate market as well as the residential mortgage conditions. We enjoyed receiving regular updates from him on the state of the real estate market. As first time buyers, we wanted to see a range of condos at varying price points to make sure we got the most for our money. Jeff never pressured us to make a decision. He was willing to take us around the city to make sure we saw enough of inventory to help us come to a decision at our own pace. He also did a great job of listening to our needs and making sure that he only showed us units that met our criteria.
