Being a first time homebuyer, I was overwhelmed by the prospect of jumping into the real estate market. When we found the perfect home, we were afraid that it would be beyond our means. We not only ended up with the house of our dreams, but we stayed well within our financial means. She continually went the extra mile for us, helping to sublet our apartment so that we could move into our new house without any loose ends. There are so many people involved in the home buying process and we had some suggestions from friends for inspectors and lawyers, but ultimately went with Stephanie's referrals and couldn't have been happier.
