Lynn facilitated a dream come true! While searching the web on a lark, I came across the DreamTown website. Many Chicago condo properties spiked my interest, so I registered. I promptly received a call from Lynn and a list of properties matching our wants. After narrowing the list, I consulted with Lynn. She immediately shared a wealth of information about buildings, neighborhoods, associations, etc. Her knowledge was impressive! After visiting several properties, our informed decision was made. Lynn educated us on points of which we were not aware and answered our many questions. We appreciate the legwork involved in negotiations, inspection, closing, and more.
