Mary Soeding will be my realtor for as long as I'm buying and/or selling a home. She was fantastic! She found applicable properties for my consideration and worked with me in a timely manner to find those within my criteria. When she presented my home through various showings and open houses, she put on music, lit candles, tidied up and even vacuumed! She was determined to sell the house and we made a nice profit thanks in part to her outstanding abilities.
