Michael Dean was great! We began looking for our first home in December. Michael was there from the beginning. We were new to the city after having lived in the suburbs. Michael had a great knowledge of all the areas and helped us find a neighborhood that was just to our liking. Anytime I emailed him a question or shot him a phone call, it was returned promptly! Michael was very efficient on our weekly open houses and I thought he handled our negotiations and contract very professionally. In addition the Dream Town site was very helpful, user friendly and led us to exactly where we wanted to be.... our beautiful brand new condo in Wicker Park. The building, unit and area are absolutely wonderful, and we couldn't be happier in our first home.
