We would use the word "terrific" to describe your work on our behalf except for one thing: That wouldn't come close to describing your efforts. We had a lot riding on getting a sale done quickly and at a top price. And you did indeed perform wonderfully well. Because of your hard work and creative thinking, we were able to sell our house in two months in the worst real estate market in anybody's memory. Not only that, but we were able to get, by a significant margin, the highest price ever for our street in Old Town. That scenario wouldn't have unfolded without your complete dedication to us as your client. You not only worked long hours and were thorough in your approach; you also were willing to do whatever it took to finish the task. Mary and I will always carry in our heads the visual image of you in our house cleaning the surface burners, adjusting drawers and shelves and washing countertops to ensure that the house was ready for the final walk-through by a very demanding buyer.
