We were very glad that we had Daniel Bahena from Dream Town as our agent. Moving to a new city is always difficult, and Daniel was available at every step of the process to help make this move possible and timely. He was very competent, always attentive to our needs and extremely efficient. He showed us some great houses and once we decided on the house we wanted, he did a great job negotiating a good price for us, and also arranging for all the formalities (mortgage, inspector, attorney, etc).
