Being a first time home-buyer, I have to say my experience with Anita could not have gone any better. Anita was very patient as I looked in many different neighborhoods in the Chicagoland area. Anita has a very good grasp of the different neighborhoods throughout Chicago and was very helpful in terms of telling me which neighborhoods I should consider. Having not bought a home before, Anita was extremely helpful explaining the process and providing me contacts. She gave me referrals to Mortgage Brokers, Home Inspectors and Attorneys. The best part of the experience was that Anita negotiated a very good purchase price for me on a loft in the River West area.
