I'm not going to lie...even with good credit and more than 20% down, buying a property (new construction!) today can be a total nightmare, and for us it was!!! Thanks god we had Bonnie. So much has changed in getting a mortgage today since I last purchased my former primary residence. My husband and I were ready to cancel the whole purchase and just rent. Once again, Bonnie was there to walk us through and explain things to us. Not only is Bonnie top notch, but the people she surrounds herself with are too. The mortgage broker she recommended to us went above and beyond. Also, there are just no words to describe the attorney she suggested we use. My husband and I highly recommend Bonnie, not only for her professionalism and knowledge, but her ability to keep things in perspective and her business-like approach to our purchase. Not to mention, the people she surrounds herself with. All three were an integral part in our purchasing our new home. Bonnie made sure she communicated with us every step of the way.
