My husband and I interviewed several Real Estate agents in the Fall of 2007 when we decided to start looking seriously for our first home. We chose Ramona because she was easy to work with and listened carefully to what we wanted. Many of the agents we'd come across in Open Houses were very pushy and we really disliked the idea of dealing with an overly aggressive person as first time home buyers. Ramona very patiently helped us through the process and showed us many properties as we changed and expanded our search criteria. When it seemed like we'd never find something, she assured us that there would be a great place we both loved and we just had to keep looking until we found it. In the end we purchased a condo we love. Although Ramona was not pushy with us, she did prove to drive a hard bargain when it came time to put in an offer and negotiate with the other side.
