We searched the internet for Chicago Condos, and thus began our search with Dream Town, and our most wonderful Realtor, Violet Jaworska. The website was extremely user friendly, and our Realtor was quick to help us narrow our search criteria. We were notified daily of new listings, and our Realtor previewed several buildings to save us time in our search. After finding the right location, price and unit, our Realtor acted as if she were right in with us buying the Unit. She asked the questions she knew we wanted answered, before we asked them, she stayed on top of all aspects of the purchase right through the day of close. Violet was exceptional, we would recommend her and Dream Town to anyone whether they are first time buyers, or experienced buyers as ourselves. We were truly impressed.
