I also thought you raised some very good questions as we considered different homes - you got us thinking about issues that we otherwise may have downplayed. I think you did a good job negotiating the sales price. You always honored our wishes (e. g. , counter offers), but also told us when you had a different opinion. We valued your honesty and candor. I also appreciated your flexibility - I know several homes were not easy to see, but you always got us in.
