My experience with Susan Nice of Dream Town was superb! Susan is very professional, knowledgeable and helpful, and having Susan guide me through a search for a condo was a pleasant experience. She was always available for a phone call or to show a place. Susan's knowledge of the area and buildings we looked at was outstanding, any question I had was answered. The greatest surprise was the fact that I was able to get a great deal and pay far less than the market value, Susan was able to negotiate a monthly payment I could afford.
