As you all know there are many realtors looking for business in today's market. I had tried working with several before finding Brooke, and she completely exceeded my expectations during the process of finding and closing on my first home. There were certain things that really stood out to me: First, Brooke always provided immediate response to email. There was even a time when I sent an email requesting detailed listing sheets at 9pm on Sunday night, and she sent them along within a half hour. Second, though Brooke does not have as much experience as other realtors in the market, she has always been able to provide solid answers to all my questions. And as a first time homebuyer, I had PLENTY of questions. Finally, Brooke helped me through the home buying process to the very end. Even after I closed on my condo, Brooke helped coordinate and follow-up on repairs which had not been completed at the walk through. I appreciate the extra help when most realtors would have considered their job done. I am very happy with my new condo and all the help Brooke has provided to help me in the process.
