Misha, I want to comment about your performance in relation to my purchase at Catalpa Gardens. What I guess I was most impressed with was your research BEFORE our appointment. Not only did you have the information pulled on the property, but you had the comp set in addition to what they were offering to potential buyers (which as it turns out, was lower in your MLS) than what they offered me as a walk-in. Consequently you saved me over $2,000 right off the bat. This type of work ethic is what distinguishes those that are average and those that are exceptional.
