I've been searching the Dream Town website for about 3 years now in preparation for buying my first investment property. Finally, after 3 years of browsing, the time came to actually buy a property and I was put in contact with Josh Krish. Working with him has been a great experience. Josh put me in touch with a lawyer for my closing; he is always available to view properties and is just a pleasant person to work with. After 4 or 5 months of searching, we found a great deal on my first 2 flat. I look forward to my next purchase with Josh.
