When I started to look for a condo for my daughter who goes to college in Chicago, I found Dream Town via the internet, and hence found Simon Collings. As a seasoned investor, I pretty much knew what I was looking for. Simon delivered more than what was expected and was quick to respond. Simon cared more about customer service than getting his commission and this is what I liked second best about him. What I liked best was his sincerity and his sense of humor.
