I have a unique perspective on Stephanie in that, not only is she one of my service partners, but I have also utilized her to buy my own property. In both instances, Stephanie is absolutely at the top of her field. Stephanie worked with me and my then fiance to find our first Condo in the spring of 2005. She was patient and professional, but most importantly, she listened to us and found us what we were looking for. Her assessment of our likes and dislikes paid off and we could not have been happier with the choice we made. And, best of all, when we went to sell in 2007, in one of the worst Real Estate Markets in 30 years, we walked away with a sales price over 5% higher than what we purchased at.
