I can't thank you enough for all your help and support throughout this process. As a professional in the hospitality industry, it is really hard to WOW me with great customer service. I am continually let down, and dissatisfied when I expect great customer service. However, in this instance I was WOWED over and over again. You were always their when I needed you to be, answering all my questions and making me feel like I was your only customer. Even when I was busy at work I felt at ease knowing you were there representing me. As we both said, if it was meant to be it will work out. And from the beginning it truly was. I was lucky to find such a great realtor to walk me through this process, lucky to know that you truly cared, even though my purchase was small, and lucky for someone to continue to work with me even after the contract was finalized. I can't thank you enough for all your help. I know that you will be the first person I look to when it comes to upgrading to a larger space in a few years, and hopefully before that I will be able to refer you to my friends and family in the market for a new home.
