Marco was a great agent during every phase of our condo buying experience. In the beginning of our search, he was really good at letting us lead. We already had a list of properties we wanted to see, and we already knew our likes/dislikes, what we wanted and didn't want. However, we also had very strict time constraints. Marco picked all this up very quickly and with only a few days notice, we were able to get all our viewings done that very next weekend! When we got o comparing properties, he was great at asking out opinions and highlighting the pros and cons according to our tastes. Finally, when we decided on a place, Marco was very persistent in helping us secure the property. Closing took a lot longer then expected but we eventually ended up with our first choice condo. Through every step of the way, Marco was great at answering questions (we had a lot), being accessible to us (even after business hours), and following through with everything.
