In 2019, I had been looking at condos in the city with another realtor. One of the condos I was really interested in was located at 16th/Wabash and the unit was listed with Tim Mullet. I was impressed with his professionalism during contract negotiations and because I would run into him occasionally in my building, I got rid of my agent and began to use Tim. I moved back to Texas and Tim did an amazing job managing my property. At one point, I had an interesting renter that stressed me out and Tim went above and beyond and was instrumental in eventually getting the tenant to vacate my unit. To say I will always be eternally grateful to Tim is an understatement. He is one of the BEST and most HONEST realtors in Chicago.
