Tim was amazing to work with in renting out my condo. He went above and beyond with giving me updates and literally doing the most to make sure the place was ready to be rented. It was absolutely wonderful working with him and I will continue to keep in touch with him for any other real estate situations I may encounter in the future. He was able to make the whole process a success, especially with me being in another state while trying to rent out a condo in Chicago which I truly appreciated. I was extremely happy with the whole experience.
