I initially met Tokela Brown during 2008 when the plan was to list both mine and my dad homes and in turn purchase a 2 unit property for us. Due to life events, the initial plan did not manifest. However, a few years later (2012), Tokela Brown and I reconnected and she recalled all of our initial discussions and even asked how my dad was doing (dad is great). This time, my plan was to purchase a condo and rent out my current home. Not only did Tokela Brown provide exceptional service/advice with the purchase of my new condo, she also got the process underway for the sale (no rental) of my prior home. I have to note that during both processes, Tokela Brown was a great listener, she took into consideration her client needs as it related to the purchasing/selling of a home, she was very flexible as it related to organizing showings, she knows the market hands down, was very focused, strategic and it goes without saying extremely PATIENT.
