Our dealings with Will Tveit showed us quickly that he was not like the other real estate brokers, with whom we'd worked. He recently was responsible for enabling us to move into our new home; a place beyond our wildest beliefs! He tirelessly worked to acquaint us with the neighborhoods of our new area and to help us gain an understanding and frame of reference about the local markets and what properties were available to us. As my husband is very sensitive to allergens and mold, Will allowed us extra time at the property to see how my husband felt, always keeping the well-being of his client first and foremost. We had been "shoed out" of other properties in the past, by other realtors! This was such a refreshing change; buying a home is one of life's most momentous events, and yet, realtors seem to expect you to be on their timetable to make buying decisions in 10 minutes! Will allowed time for the deal to happen that was suitable to all our needs, buyer and sellers. In addition, he negotiated a very fair price with the other realtor, so we could move in and have some money left over in the budget for other home needs. He is reliable and professional. Will would be available to take us to any property day or night to accommodate our needs. We left the other broker we were with after being exposed to him! Lastly, he is very smart, which doesn't hurt, and has an excellent grasp of the new technologies and social media. He's a solid, experienced person who's keeps himself on top of all that's new.
